Four Richmond and Winchester 3v3 soccer teams competed in 94-degree weather in the 3v3 regional in Clarksville, Tennessee, during the weekend of July 28-29, 2007. All told, the teams played a total of about two dozen 3v3 games. After the dust had settled and the water bottles were emptied, the Winchester U13 Attitude girls rec team came away with third place, the U13 Kickin' Grass boys rec team took fourth place, and the over 30 Chaos 2 men rec team won the tournament's golden boot award for good sportsmanship.
The above three teams have qualified for the national ("World Championship") 3v3 soccer tournament that will be held at Disney World Orlando, Florida, January 19-21, 2008.
Also qualifying for nationals was the Madison County-based U17 competitive girls "Attitude" team.
